For interior and exterior residual spray treatment:

• Store all exposed and unpacked food away.  
• Clear kitchen bench top.  
• Cover children's toys.  
• Vacuum areas to be treated and throw away vacuum bags.  
• Clear goods away from areas to be treated. Floors and around Perimeter.  
• Remove pets from interior of house.  
• Put away pet bowls used for feeding and Pet food.  
• Cover fish tanks and fish ponds and turn off pumps.  
• Cover beds with sheets and wash before re using them.  
• Vacate premises for 3 hours unless specified by our Technicians depending on type of Treatment.  
• On return wipe bench tops in kitchen.  
• Refrain from Vacuuming and clean treated areas Up to 4 weeks for best results.  
• Open windows and doors to ventilate on return.  
• Please advise everyone with access to the property of the treatment being carried out.  
• Please advise occupant with allergies and asthma, and sensitive skin of treatment. (Safety Data Sheets are available on our website for all products we use.)

Bait spray treatment for Ants:

• Do not use aerosol sprays or any other treatment for full effect of treatment.  
• Premises do not need to be vacated during treatment.  
• Clear interior areas for spot treatment.

Rodent Baiting:

• Bait stations to be used where required.  
• Loses bait is to be used in areas considered safe by clients.  
• Please advise if children or pets may access areas so that Tamper Resistant bait stations can be used.

Wasp and bees Nest Treatment:  

• Refrain from treated areas for at least 24 hours.

Borer Treatments:

• Saturation Spray Treatments requires 24 hours stand down from treated areas.
• Injection treatments don't generally require a stand down time as this is an aerosol treatment and dissipates immediately with a slight solvent odor which lasted for only a few minutes. Allow one month for all treatment to take full effect.
